Born in 1975, he has been practicing law since 1996. Mr. Hretsa is a Doctor of Law (he defended his thesis on the topic Content, legal means and limits of tax planning: foreign experience and Ukrainian practice). He combines legal practice with research and teaching, holding the position of Professor at the Commercial Law Department of the Law Faculty in Uzhgorod National University. He is a Board member of the Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Ukrainian Union regional branch in Transcarpathia, a member of the Association of Lawyers in Ukraine and a lawyer.

He was born in 1982. From 2000 to 2005 he studied at the Law Faculty in Uzhgorod National University and received an Honors degree in Law. From 2007 to 2008 Mr. Olijnyk studied at the Law Faculty in Ternopil National Economic University and received a master’s degree in intellectual property.

He began his career in 2004 as a legal adviser in the publishing company “Lyra”. In 2005 he was given the position of a lecturer at the Civil Law Department in Uzhgorod National University.

Since September 2009, he has held the position of a senior associate attorney, and later became Gretsa & Partners law firm’s partner, a lawyer.

Was born in 1981 in the city of Mukachevo.
He got the education of lawyer at the faculty of law of the Uzhhorod National University.
Graduated from the Alma mater with the diploma with honours in 2003 and continued the PhD studies.
In 2017 graduated from Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs with a scientific degree in Law, specializing in Constitutional Law, Doctor of Philosophy.
Practical activity as the lawyer began with teaching at his native Alma mater.
In 2012 he received the academic degree of the docent at the department of constitutional law and comparative law.
Since 2012 – practicing lawyer in the field of civil law.
Since February 2014 – lawyer at the law company “Hretsa&Partners”.

Born in 1989, he studied at the Law Faculty in Uzhgorod National University from 2006 to 2011 where received his degree in Law.

From 2006 to 2012 he studied at the Faculty of Economics in Uzhgorod National University and received a master’s degree in Finance and Credit.

Since January 2010, Mr. Ignatenko has been working as a lawyer, senior associate attorney and later became a Gretsa & Partners law firm’s partner.
